Frameworks Pty Ltd is a South African sports infrastructure company founded by Luthando Velleman. We specialize in the development, restoration, and maintenance of sports facilities for High Schools, TVET Colleges, Universities, and Rural Communities across South Africa. We know how schools and public colleges work - SGB approvals, tender processes, tight budgets and the need for a facility that lasts. We do it right the first time, with no hidden costs.
We don't just paint a court. We fix the drainage underneath, we use proper SABS-approved materials, and we build for heavy use in South African weather.
Every project creates local work. We hire locally where possible and train young people in basic construction and maintenance skills, so the facility can be maintained long after we leave.
